Warehouse staff scan all day on rugged devices, so every workflow has to be fast, unambiguous and tied into the manufacturing execution system.
What we built
A Kotlin app for Zebra and Honeywell PDAs, with scanner integration through DataWedge and the vendor SDK, dedicated flows for picking, put-away, packaging and chemical lots, and documented APIs to the MES — prototyped first as an interactive React design.
